JANE ENGELKE
OWNER OF ELIZABETH MICHAELS

Jane Engelke has a Bachelor of Science Degree from West Virginia University and at age 24 began a pageant business called Elizabeth Michaels in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Jane had participated in pageants since she was 17 years old and won local titles and placed in the state USA pageant.  With the friendships she made in the pageant world and her love of pageants and pageantry, Jane decided to open a consulting/sales business in her home. 

Winning writing contests, public speaking awards and entrepreneurship awards while involved in Future Business Leaders of America during her high school years armed Jane with tools that would help her become a successful business woman. 

Jane often is a speaker in the public schools during career days and inspires young people to reach for excellence in their present and future lives.

Using her public speaking abilities Jane is regularly seen on local television in commercials for area businesses.  Jane’s years of award winning art training has provided her with skills that make her an excellent make-up artist and her creativity allows her to design and produce commercials for her store, Elizabeth Michaels.

Jane helped start the Miss West Virginia Outstanding Teen program and was the pageant director of the local Wirt County Queen of the Fair program.  In addition several of Jane’s customers have won state and national pageants.  

Elizabeth Michaels is a full service Prom, Pageant, Bridal and Special Occasion store.

Exit on Emerson Avenue Exit #179
Take Highway 68 South for 4.5 miles to Route 14 North Intersection
(Alltel on the right hand corner)
Turn Right on Route 14 North and go 3 miles
On the LEFT side you will see a GREEN sign for Paradise Grille
Turn into parking lot at this sign - we are in the second building on the RIGHT (blue)
Watch for a Sam's Club, Lowe's and Arby's on the right before turning LEFT into parking lot


From Route 50 in Ohio

Take 50 East to Belpre
Exit on Route 7 North
Go ONE BLOCK
Turn right onto the Memorial Toll bridge (35 cents)
Go two blocks to Route 14 North/Emerson Ave sign turning right
At first opportunity turn left making a U to go Route 14 north
Continue 3 miles on Route 14 North
On the LEFT side you will see a GREEN sign for Paradise Grille
Turn into parking lot at this sign - we are in the second building on the RIGHT (blue)
Watch for a Sam's Club, Lowe's and Arby's on the right before turning LEFT into parking lot
